From cutting and edging to final assembly and delivery, we offer an integrated production chain that allows the carpenter and furniture manufacturer to focus on what they do best: design and the relationship with the end customer.
Our furniture production service covers three levels of involvement, from simple pre-assembly with dowels and hardware to a turnkey service with on-site installation. Each level is designed to meet different needs — whether it's the joiner who just needs to reduce time on site, or the end customer who wants to receive furniture ready to use.
Located in Santa Iria da Azóia, in Greater Lisbon, we work with carpentries, decorators and end customers across the country. All hardware is supplied by us, and every piece of furniture undergoes quality control before leaving our facilities.
Service Levels
Pre-Assembly
Partial assembly with hardware, dowels and tenons. Pieces are prepared in the warehouse with all necessary holes and fittings, drastically reducing assembly time on site. Ideal for carpenters who do the final installation at the client's location.
Additional time: +1 to 2 business days
Full Warehouse Assembly
The furniture is fully assembled at our facilities and delivered ready to use. Includes assembly of all hardware, doors, drawers and accessories. The client receives a finished piece of furniture that only needs to be placed in the desired location.
Additional time: +2 to 3 business days. Confirm access dimensions (doors, stairs, elevator).
Turnkey Service
The complete package: design, production and installation by 2 specialized carpenters. Includes transport, on-site assembly, final adjustments and operation verification. The ideal solution for complete kitchens, built-in wardrobes and fixed furniture requiring professional installation.
Timeline agreed case by case. Available for Greater Lisbon and mainland Portugal.
Hardware Supply
We supply all hardware necessary for furniture assembly. The client can specify preferred models and brands or trust our recommendations based on the type of furniture and intended use.
Telescopic Slides
Drawer slides with full or partial extension, soft-close included in premium models. Load capacity from 25kg to 50kg depending on the model.
Hinges
35mm cup hinges with opening at 95, 110 or 165 degrees. Available with integrated damper (soft-close) for a smooth and silent closure.
Handles
Wide selection of handles in aluminum, stainless steel and zamak. Channel profiles for minimalist finish. Holes drilled on CNC with millimetric precision.
Feet and Accessories
Height-adjustable feet, castors, shelf supports, wardrobe rails and all necessary complementary accessories.
Quality Control
Post-cut dimensional verification
All pieces are measured after CNC cutting to confirm dimensions are within the specified +/- 0.1mm tolerance.
Visual edging inspection
Each edged piece is inspected to verify edge adhesion, absence of bubbles and quality of edge finish.
Warehouse assembly test
Furniture is assembled and tested at our facilities before delivery. Drawers, doors and mechanisms are checked to ensure correct operation.
Protected packaging for transport
Each piece of furniture or set of pieces is packaged with adequate protection to prevent damage during transport and handling.
