With three machining centers equipped with 3 and 5-axis technology, we guarantee consistent results on every piece, from small batches to large production runs.
CNC machining enables straight cuts, curves and complex shapes with +/- 0.1mm accuracy and 0.05mm repeatability. Each piece comes off the machine with the exact dimensions specified in the technical file, eliminating the variability of traditional methods and significantly reducing rework on site.
Located in Santa Iria da Azóia, in the Greater Lisbon area, we serve carpentries and furniture companies across the country. Nesting cut optimization is included in all jobs, maximizing material usage and reducing costs for the client.

Up to 3000 x 2000mm per panel, allowing work with standard-size boards without the need for pre-cuts.

Materials We Cut
Our CNC machining centers work with a wide range of materials used in industrial carpentry and furniture manufacturing. Each material has optimized cutting parameters to ensure the best possible finish.
- MDF — available in thicknesses from 3mm to 30mm, ideal for milling and machining complex shapes. Excellent surface finish.
- Melamine — decorative-coated panels in thicknesses from 8mm to 25mm. Wide range of patterns and colors available.
- Acrylic (PMMA) — transparent or colored, in thicknesses up to 20mm. Ideal for signage, displays and protections.
- HPL / Phenolic Compact — high-pressure laminate for countertops, sanitary partitions and technical applications. Thicknesses from 0.8mm to 13mm.
- Corian / Solid Surface — solid acrylic material for countertops and work surfaces. Allows invisible joints.
- Viroc — cement and wood panel, moisture resistant. Suitable for outdoor and humid environments.
- ACM / Alucobond — aluminum composite panel for signage and facades. Can be milled for folding.

Quality control and dispatch
All pieces undergo dimensional verification before dispatch. Pick up at our premises or receive by delivery across mainland Portugal.
